Booking Terms: When booking an Event/Birthday party at Dream Gaming, it’s essential to understand our terms and conditions to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience. Here are some terms and conditions:
1. Reservation and Payment:
- A non-refundable deposit or package cost is typically required to secure the booking.
- The reservation cannot be confirmed until the full package cost is received and processed.
- Booking dates and times are subject to availability.
2. Short Notice Bookings:
We would expect party bookings to be made at least 4 weeks in advance of the party date, ideally. However, we will take party bookings, subject to availability, within this time period and at “short notice” subject to your requirements. We consider a “short notice” party booking to be any party booking made within one month of the party date. All “short notice” party bookings must be paid for in full upon booking, and all requirements must be confirmed at the time of booking. No “short notice bookings will be confirmed only upon receiving full Party Package Fee.”
3. Cancellation and Rescheduling:
- Parties can be rescheduled at least 14 days prior to the original event date.
- There are usually no refunds for canceled, rescheduled, or missed parties.
4. Venue Access:
- Parents or organizers have access to the reserved area a few minutes before the scheduled start time.
- Guests should not enter the reserved area until the official start time.
- All attendees must leave promptly after the scheduled end time.
5. Cleanup:
- Parents are responsible for cleaning up and disposing of trash.
- Failure to do so may result in an additional cleaning fee.
6. Decorations:
- Decorations are allowed but with restrictions (e.g., no nailing to surfaces, no glitter or confetti).
- Flames (except for candles on birthday cakes) are generally not permitted.
7. Additional Guests:
- The final price is based on the number of guests specified in the party package.
- Additional per-guest fees may apply if the actual guest count exceeds the contracted amount.
8. Food and Drink:
- Alcoholic beverages are usually not allowed for parties with underage guests.
- Event organizers are allowed to bring their own food and beverages.
9. Guest Conduct:
- All guests are expected to behave responsibly.
- Children must be supervised by adults.
- Unruly conduct may result in warnings or removal from the premises.
10. Room Reservation Times:
- Different party packages come with specific room reservation durations.
- Guests must adhere to the designated in/out times.
